Raise Your Game is no ordinary coaching business.

It is a social enterprise which brings coaching to marginalised individuals and voluntary and community groups who may not typically be able to afford coaching from private life and business coaches. 

It is prioritising to work with youth, BME (Black Minority Ethnic) community organisations, women's groups and the unemployed

Objectives

1.    To use coaching to empower individuals to identify goals and take action to achieve them
2.    To use coaching with voluntary community sector (VCS) staff to increase efficiency and personal effectiveness
3.    To carry out training and informal educational activities to assist the VCS to build their capacity and become more resourceful
4.    To carry out research into VCS methodology for empowerment/informal learning  in particular uses and evaluation tools for impact of coaching and examples of good practice

Activities

Coaching

Coaching, face-to-face or over the phone to individuals and voluntary and community groups.

Training and Consultancy

Training is offered for voluntary and community groups on capacity building themes (how to fundraise, how to communicate with the media, project management).

Research

Research on coaching in the voluntary sector, learning and training methods and community development.
